Return and Replacement Policy
YX Sport guarantees that our dear customers will be satisfied with our services and products. In order to improve our services and achieve a win-win goal between us and our customers. We provide a clear return and refund policy to compensate for any losses suffered by customers when they receive defective items. We will bear the responsibility of accepting your return in accordance with our return and refund policy.
Terms and Conditions.
If you receive damaged or defective items, please send us your order number, receipt date and product condition description by email. You also need to provide us with photos of the damaged or defective items so that we can understand the reason why the items were rejected. Please note that you should not return items to us unless you confirm with us and get authorization. Please also note that product quality claims, returns and exchanges must be completed within 20 days after the container arrives and before use. Unauthorized returns will be rejected and ignored.
After approval by our company, you will get a refund notice.
Please do not send us a sample of defective goods and make claims for all products. If you make a claim based on only one sample, we will not accept all claims.
Once we approve the refund, we will provide you with a confirmed refund note or you will be provided with a replacement for the defective item.
